When you book a qualifying vacation package with an Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner, our planning services are included at no additional charge!

If your specific vacation does not qualify for our free services, your Vacation Planner will provide you with a planning fee amount during your initial conversation, which may vary based on the complexity of your trip. A planing fee, if charged, is nonrefundable and covers the time and expense of the services provided by your Vacation Planner.

Your experience with Extra Magic Trips begins by reaching out to your Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner, or completing our simple Quote Request form. From there, we will begin your personalized experience by scheduling a consultation call to learn more about you, your travel party, and what you had in mind for your vacation.

We will then prepare a personalized vacation quote, taking all of your preferences into account.

Once your trip is booked, we will be standing by to assist with dining reservations, general questions, and anything else that you may need!

Defore, during, and even after travel your personal Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner is available to assist, answer questions, modify bookings, and more!

Most of the travel suppliers that we work with accept and prefer credit cards as a primary form of payment. Select suppliers (like Disney destinations) allow you to use a branded gift card for payment. Payment plans can be set up for most destinations by working with your Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner.

Absolutely! At Extra Magic Trips, we are all about flexibility. Depending on the travel supplier that your trip is booked with, you may be able to make changes to your itinerary up to a certain date without a penalty. Extra Magic Trips does not charge any separate change fees to our guests.

Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions fo the travel supplier that your booking is made with. Travel suppliers may charge fees for changes or cancellations pursuant to their terms and conditions, up to and including a 100% penalty. Contact your Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner for more details about a specific reservation.

Extra Magic Trips does not charge any separate cancellation or modification penalties for our guests. Before adjusting your reservation, we will present any fees from your travel supplier that may be charged and request your authorization before a change that results in a fee is made.

Advance Dining Reservations (ADR) open 60 days in advance. Guests staying at select resort hotels can book dining for their entire stay (up to 10 days) starting 60 days before their check-in date. We handle these high-demand reservations for you the moment your window opens, so you don't need to lift a finger!

Disney replaced FastPass+ with paid Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane options, now integrated into the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass systems. Guests can purchase access to reserve entry times for popular attractions via the official app. Your Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner will guide you through the exact booking windows and strategies to skip long lines without wasting hours navigating the system.

All of our gusts receive a complimentary copy of our constantly updated Lightning Lane Guide, that provides top strategies and information that is updated daily!

For the most up-to-date information, travelers should check with the local government or embassy of the country they are planning to visit. Your Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner will make sure that you have all of the necessary information regarding entry and health requirements before booking your vacation.

If you are traveling outside of your country of residence, a passport is often required. For some destinations, additional visas may be required for certain types of travel. Your Extra Magic Trips Vacation Planner will provide you with all of the necessary information for your specific travel destinations. It is the traveler's responsibility to be sure to obtain their passport and/or visa before their departure.

While the technical answer is "it depends" (on a number of factors), Extra Magic Trips strongly recommends that all travelers, regardless of age, have a valid passport before boarding their cruise.

Unexpected emergencies, needing to fly home from a foreign port due to a medical issue, missing the ship's departure time, or other unforeseen circumstances require a valid passport.

Without a passport, securing emergency travel arrangements can be complicated and delayed. We strongly encourage all travelers, regardless of age, to obtain a valid passport before boarding the ship. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months past the date of your cruise.
