Testimonials & Reviews

Really amazing service with great, knowledgeable feedback on each stage of the planning. Stephen provided great options both as I requested and then in addition as well.

Everything from the time of pickup at the airport through drop off was smooth and effortless. The Wilderness Lodge wowed my son (and myself) and was so nicely situated within Disney World to allow for easy access to the parks. I am so glad Stephen recommended that I consider the Halloween party, as it was a highlight for sure. His recommendation to consider the Epcot princess breakfast was amazing. Seeing all the different princesses at breakfast really stunned my son and was a huge high point for him.

Stephen was friendly and endlessly patient as I considered different options. I am so glad I was able to work with him on this trip.

If I can leave a 20-star review for Rachel, I will!!! She went above and beyond to make sure our Disney Trip was super MAGICAL! Rachel made everything super easy and stress-free, which is great because I am a Type-A that love everything in order and planned. She did that and more! Every little detail, every question and every concern was met and addressed. Even in the last minute when our flight was delayed 3 times, she was there to help and guide us. She even made a loose itinerary for our trip which I love!! Rachel even told/showed us the best tips/tricks, spots for parades/ firework/shows and easy routes to get around the parks! Everyone I know that is going or planning on going to Disney I always recommend Rachel. And will continue to do so. She is the best!

Chase is hands down the best travel agent I have ever worked with. He was incredibly communicative and consistently responded to our questions quickly and thoroughly. From the start, Chase took the time to ask detailed questions about what we wanted out of our vacation, ensuring every aspect of the trip was tailored perfectly to our group. He planned the perfect itinerary and thought of details we never would have considered ourselves. Ahead of our trip, he even coordinated with the cruise line and surprised us with a daily dining table that had an amazing view! It was an unexpected and thoughtful touch that made our experience even more special. Thanks to Chase’s meticulous planning, our trip was completely seamless from beginning to end. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone planning a vacation, and he will undoubtedly be the only travel planner I use going forward.

Mary Anne is the absolute BEST. This is our 4th time using her to plan our trip and this time I used her for planning a trip with my staff. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to know prior to the trip and was at our beck and call during. She modified reservations when needed and made excellent recommendations. I'm already looking forward to our next Disney experience with her.

I truly could never stop saying glowing things about our experience with Lyn as our planner. Lyn’s skill, knowledge, and personal experience as a queer person with a young child was beyond amazing and effective for us. They were able to take a group is 7 of us, with 2 young kids, several different needs, and make a trip that every single one of us was head over heels for. Lyn set up meetings with us to ensure we were all prepared, and went above and beyond to keep us safe with all of the travel concerns going on as well. When we did have travel interruptions, Lyn already had a backup plan in place to make it smooth for us. Even with the spring break crowds, because Lyn had prepared us so well and booked plans so strategically, we were able to accomplish so much that we wanted to. They were responsive, supportive, empathetic, sensitive, and respectful. I cannot thank them enough for making something SO special for us.
