Rachel Hibbard

Hi! My name is Rachel Hibbard, and as a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and a HUGE Disney fan, I can’t wait to help you plan the most magical vacation! I’m always excited to talk about my favorite Disney attractions, snacks, and special experiences (currently Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, churro Mickey waffles, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!), and I hope to help you discover new favorites on your Disney vacation too!

Don’t let the details of planning a trip overwhelm you — I’m happy to make as many of the arrangements as you want so you can simply enjoy the ride. Once I know your goals and priorities for your dream vacation, I can recommend the best accommodations, dining options, and additional experiences for you; then when you’ve made your choices, I’ll make sure everything is booked and ready to go. I can create a plan that helps you pace your trip so you enjoy every magical moment, and I’ll share tips for everything from navigating the crowds to finding the best spots to see shows and fireworks. I’ll work hard to make sure you have the Disney vacation you’ve been dreaming of!

Already a Disney pro? I’m happy to play the part of your Disney sidekick! You can tell me exactly what you want and how much (or how little!) of the process you’d like me to assist with, and I’ll follow your lead. Once I’ve booked the vacation package you’ve chosen, I’ll be standing by to answer any questions that come up regarding new experiences or policies, or if all you want is someone else to do those early morning dining reservations for you, I can handle that too. Your vacation will still be YOUR vacation; I’ll just be your backup support whenever you need me!

No matter how large or small your travel party is, I can help tailor your experience so that everyone has an unforgettable time. I’ve traveled to Disney destinations with infants, grandparents, and every stage in between, so I can help you prepare to explore the parks or ships with any age group. We can work together to create a trip that works within your personal budget so you can focus on the magic instead of just money. I can even help you prepare for dining throughout the Disney properties while dealing with food allergies as I’ve had to navigate that with my own daughter. Let me help you maximize the fun while minimizing your effort and stress!

I can help you plan trips to every Disney destination, including Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii, and Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions all over the world. I’m also a Certified Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood Specialist, as well as a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), so I’m happy to assist with your theme park trips or cruise vacations outside of the Disney bubble too!
