Hi! My name is Rachel Hibbard, and as a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and a HUGE Disney fan, I can’t wait to help you plan the most magical vacation! I’m always excited to talk about my favorite Disney attractions, snacks, and special experiences (currently Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, churro Mickey waffles, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!), and I hope to help you discover new favorites on your Disney vacation too!

Don’t let the details of planning a trip overwhelm you — I’m happy to make as many of the arrangements as you want so you can simply enjoy the ride. Once I know your goals and priorities for your dream vacation, I can recommend the best accommodations, dining options, and additional experiences for you; then when you’ve made your choices, I’ll make sure everything is booked and ready to go. I can create a plan that helps you pace your trip so you enjoy every magical moment, and I’ll share tips for everything from navigating the crowds to finding the best spots to see shows and fireworks. Already a Disney pro? I’m happy to play the part of your Disney sidekick! You can tell me exactly what you want and how much (or how little!) of the process you’d like me to assist with, and I’ll follow your lead. Once I’ve booked the vacation package you’ve chosen, I’ll be standing by to answer any questions that come up regarding new experiences or policies, or if all you want is someone else to do those early morning dining reservations for you, I can handle that too. Your vacation will still be YOUR vacation; I’ll just be your backup support whenever you need me!

I can even help you prepare for dining throughout the Disney properties while dealing with food allergies as I’ve had to navigate that with my own daughter.
